V: See, I expected and told you that you will lose no matter what. But there is one thing which I do not understand, why did you wait for Ken and cheer him on?
A: He is my classmate, I will not abandon those that are within my circles of concern.
V: But you still abandon him in the end right.
A: ...
V: Do you know why you lose to others in everything? It is because you are weak. And the only solution is to become stronger by joining me.
A: Joining you will make me stronger?
V: Yes. Join me and we will work towards being the strongest/ the best.
A: But somehow I think that that is not what I want.
V: There is nothing more you will wish want other than becoming stronger. Things like emotions will not make you stronger but instead, it will make you weaker as you depends on your emotions. Your drive must not be related to emotions except for hatred.
