Guess I need answers from others about how they think about me in order to know what kind of persona I am being viewed by them. This should be able to enable me to improve myself based on the feedback provided by people within my Circle of Concern. There is a possibility that I am presenting the wrong persona that I intended which then leads to misunderstanding.
